“I reached out to Charlie when my shower had been leaking and gone through to the ceiling below.
Her calm approach helped to reassure me it wouldn’t be too tricky a problem to sort. Rather than outsource I wanted to see how much of the renovation I could do under her expert guidance. We lifted up the old vinyl and realised the wood below was soaked through so lifted that together and left it a couple of weeks to dry.
She then returned so we could lay the new wood floor together ready for the vinyl.
Charlie guided me through cutting and laying the new wood. Using power tools I never thought I’d be able to handle. She reassured and encouraged and stepped in when it was particularly tricky. I’m so pleased that I was able to learn some new skills and really appreciated Charlie’s encouraging and uplifting help and guidance."
